More than 13 years of experience in the field of the training, First-Class rating from MOHE, has Certified ISO 9001: 2015 and have facilities to handle up to 450 students daily, with the latest facilities, equipment and services. (Medical Clinic – Dental Clinic – Computer Lab).

The Academy is replete with a distinguished and professional administrative staff, working in all departments and organizational units of the Academy. The Academy is also keen to attract the best national cadres who are distinguished by high skills, capabilities and experience in the Academy’s various activities.
The main building of the Academy is located in the South Al Batinah Governorate (Barka), and the Academy has two branches, one in the Muscat Governorate (Ghala), and the other in the North Al Batinah Governorate (Sohar).

Our Programs
Our goal is to create a learning environment that facilitates the development of the highest level of skills among all participants in our programs. Our training programs are designed to enable all participants to master their work and to enable each of them to feel that they will make a valuable contribution to achieving the goals of the organizations in which they will work.
New employees or job seekers will receive training followed by a structured development program relevant to their works or positions (OJT). Ongoing training needs will be identified as part of the Performance Development System.

Where possible, we aim to integrate learning with work and so a part of training occurs in the workplace. An ongoing program of training evaluation enables us to keep training up to date and relevant to the needs of the business.
